Plane Carrying Pete Hegseth Required to Touch Down in UK Due to Fracture in Cockpit Window

An aircraft carrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was forced to make an unscheduled landing in the UK on Wednesday due to a fissure was found in the jet's front window, as stated by an official announcement which stated that Hegseth was safe.

"The aircraft landed following standard protocol and everyone onboard, among them Pete Hegseth, is unharmed," a spokesperson commented in a online announcement.

Hegseth was returning from a brief trip to the Belgian capital when the incident occurred.

This incident isn't the first occasion that a American defense plane ferrying a top government figure has encountered equipment failures.

Months ago, a American military jet ferrying the US Secretary of State to the city in Germany was compelled to turn back to Washington DC after encountering a technical issue.
