Defiant Nancy insists he is not worried about being fired however the Parkhead faithful unleash anger following loss.
The Celtic boss declared he did not fear losing his job, asserting, “We are really close to a turnaround,” in the wake of moving dangerously close to the chopping block with a heavy defeat by the Ibrox side.

Nancy’s Persistent Belief
Nancy highlights the fact his team can perform strongly for one half at a time. Indeed, were it not for missed chances they could have been greater than 1-0 up. “There were positives aside from the fact that we missed our chances,” he said. “I know that we lost, but I have also to be objective.
“The standard we had at stages was really, really, really high. That is a fact. I could not say that if it was untrue. But that’s why, when it comes to wins, I noted it's a repeating pattern. For that reason I feel a change is coming to getting it right. But for the moment: details, details, details.”
“I saw plenty of positives that we did, once more. But now is performing for 90 minutes. My message would not be the same. Therefore I firmly believe we’re going to be able to turn things around.”
Röhl’s Cautious Stance
The victorious boss played down talk of a championship push despite what seemed like a statement victory. “Step by step, so we can develop momentum,” he said. “The belief in the group is immense.”
